
Today is one of my rest days, I do love Friday’s knowing its a non-training day. Gives my body a chance to recover and gives me the opportunity to spend some time at home.
We have developed a new shorthand for calmness and lack of stress – Zen – Kieran has even come up with a scale that I can score it against! The plan is to see how stress affects my training, weight loss and BFP with #1 being super stressed, not sleeping or eating and #5 being super calm and zen-like!
